Kirsty McGrath formed OnPoint Solutions in 2008 to cater to the end-user training and consulting space to help organisations work anywhere, anytime in a collaborative environment.
Kirsty worked across a variety of industries and most recently for large companies such as Telstra, Microsoft and DDLS.
After executing Windows 7 and Office 2010 into the retail market as a Program Manager within Microsoft, she saw the need for better efficiency and productivity with Microsoft technology. If you have ever approached a super user in an organisation, you will understand the value they can bring. Kirsty took her passion and knowledge to the wider community 7yrs ago.
Having worked for Australia's largest training company at DDLS, her skills in End-User adoption has seen her work with many of Australia's top fortune 500 companies and Microsoft partners. Knowing how to design and execute large end-user adoption programs has seen her work closely with companies such as: Australia Post, Qantas, Coca Cola, Macquarie Bank, BUPA, Federal Courts, QBE, Thiess, Metcash, Starlight Foundation, McDonalds, Perpetual, SITA (SUEZ) etc.
Her qualifications include Agile Foundations, Certified Online Learning Facilitator and a Bachelor Degree in Management Majoring in Business.
